About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Handle various payment types, including cash, checks, debit, and credit cards.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in, including any special requests or requirements.
  • Anticipate sold-out situations and secure alternative accommodations when necessary.
  • Block rooms in the computer system and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • An estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
