Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving business growth.
About the Role:
- Assist in expediting problem payments, resolving issues, and following up with guests.
- Process all guest check-ins, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks, process payment types, and resolve disputes.
- Anticipate sold-out situations, coordinate alternative accommodations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage shift logs, balance receipts, and maintain accurate records.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Marriott International's policies and procedures.
