About the RoleThis is a crucial position in maintaining a stable and engaged workforce by ensuring effective management of HR operations and ensuring that employees feel supported and valued.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the company's attendance tool, annual leave, and bank holidays to ensure all data is accurately reflected in the HR system.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Support HR reporting and assist the HR Manager with projects, including internal initiatives and legal procedures.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires and manage their information in the HR system.
- Improve current initiatives and bring the HR function to the next level.
- A degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep driving improvements.
- A great team player with stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid model (3 days at the office).
