We are seeking a skilled HR Operations and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing HR Operations processes in EMEA countries, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Your expertise in payroll administration and approval will be crucial in completing the payroll process efficiently. You will also partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners to ensure smooth service transitions. This is a temporary position (6 months) and requires a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee HR Operations processes in EMEA countries.
  • Manage payroll administration and approval.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners for smooth service transitions.
  • Support implementation of global Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Drive adaptation of Workday and promote Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
  • English and German language proficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Workday experience a plus.
  • Shared service or GBS background a must.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
