We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Clarivate Analytics. This role will provide general operational HR support to our EMEA locations, working closely with the People Services Manager, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and administer onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee files, including document creation and payroll inputs.
- Respond to colleague queries and review complex issues, escalating as needed to the PS Manager or responsible COE contact.
- Maintain templates for document creation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects, coordinating with the broader HR team as required.
- Work with Associate PS Specialist and other HR team members to ensure cases in HR Help are answered according to existing policy and process.
- Propose improvements to how People Services partners with Data Management, Payroll, Benefits, and other COEs to ensure appropriate administration of processes and policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a particular country, region, or part of the business, establishing an understanding of local requirements and their impact on procedure.
You'll be reporting to the People Services Manager, EMEA based out of Barcelona. You'll be joining a professional, dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced team of six People Service Specialists spread across the EMEA region.
What We OfferThis role is a hybrid position working 2-3 days in our Barcelona office. The role is offered on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
