AWS Global Sales Operations Strategy Lead

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the leading cloud provider, offering virtualized infrastructure, storage, networking, messaging, analytics, and other web computing services to customers worldwide. The AWS Global Sales (AGS) Strategy Team is responsible for architecting and implementing the AGS resourcing model, annual operational planning, three-year strategy, and the success of our multi-year strategic programs.
In the LATAM Strategy team, we work closely with internal business leaders to gather knowledge, incorporate data and information from external sources, and develop insights to inform and drive change across our global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic recommendations for LATAM within AWS Global Sales organization, guiding investments to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage highly complex and visible strategic initiatives.
- Influence cross-functional teams and leaders to drive business decisions with a focus on growth and efficient scaling of the business.
Requirements:
- Strong sales strategy experience.
- Deep analytical background.
- Financial acumen.
- Experience implementing complex global sales strategy and associated initiatives.
