Drive Growth and Innovation in AWS Global Sales

As a LATAM Strategy Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our global sales organization. You will be responsible for driving strategic recommendations for LATAM, guiding investments to achieve organizational goals, and managing highly complex and visible strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and efficient scaling of the business
  • Influence cross-functional teams and leaders to drive business decisions with a focus on growth and efficient scaling of the business
  • Develop a deep understanding of AWS Global Sales business units to effectively formulate relevant strategies that can be implemented to drive sustainable growth
