Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced B2B Agent to join our vibrant Dyson team, who will provide exceptional sales and customer service to professional owners in the UK and Irish markets. As a B2B Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written communications to resolve customer issues, upsell, and cross-sell products. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of sales experience in a B2B environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with decision-makers. You must be proficient in using Salesforce software, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is essential, as well as the ability to adapt and position our offerings accordingly. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, will also be beneficial.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include: resolving technical support issues, arranging meetings with local Business Development Managers, generating new leads, creating spare parts quotes, processing orders, up-selling and cross-selling additional products/services, managing third-party relationships, stock inventory management, and performance reporting. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, leveraging internal resources effectively to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary of 21,000€ gross per year, plus a performance-based bonus. The contract type is permanent, with a one-month probation period.
