About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our European HR Services Team, you will be responsible for managing administration and payroll tasks for Spain or UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administration and payroll tasks for Spain or UK and Ireland
- Work with a payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll process
- Respond to HR and Payroll related queries from employees and managers
- Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation
- Participate in local or global projects that require HR services expertise
Requirements
- Experience in handling Payroll and HR Admin tasks for Spain or UK and Ireland
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
