HR Payroll Specialist

As an HR Payroll Specialist at Kaplan Languages Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll documentation and records. You will provide timely and accurate information to staff and managers regarding payroll and legal issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating Workday in line with payroll changes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Tasks:
• Ensure documentation and records are up-to-date and in order.
• Provide accurate information for requests from staff or managers about payroll or legal issues.
• Update Workday in line with payroll changes (maternity leave, unpaid leave, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (data protection, labor laws, collective agreements, etc.).
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in labor relations/business or a similar relevant field.
• HR diploma as a plus.
• At least 2 years' experience in HR administration.
• Proficient use of Excel and experience in Workday as an administrator.
• Knowledge and experience in other HR areas and interest to participate in various HR projects and tasks.
Language Skills:
Fluent English and Spanish. Knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus.
