About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Agent to join our Dyson Professional team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and aftersales service to Dyson Professional owners and potential customers through inbound and outbound calls and written channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dyson Professional customers
  • Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize revenue potential

Requirements:

  • C2 level of both spoken and written English
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with decision-makers
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software to manage customer information and queries
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
