**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Metyis. As a key member of our energy sector division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage client interactions and build strong relationships with senior executives
  • Apply business and organizational principles to develop actionable insights and strategies
  • Supervise project teams and provide guidance on strategy development, change management plans, and business case creation
  • Develop presentations, manage external relationships, and provide status reports
  • Analyze client needs and oversee research activities to obtain relevant data

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of consulting experience in the energy industry, with at least 1 year at a project lead level
  • Demonstrated expertise in the energy sector and strong management and communication skills
  • Ability to bring together stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on advice
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and guide teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking, with a high capacity for academic achievement

**What We Offer**

Metyis offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
