Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Sales And Program Manager, Mass Account Management, Business Eu to join our team at Amazon.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the SSR-Assisted program, focusing on providing account management support to Amazon Business customers and driving high-value actions via in-person calls.

Responsibilities
  • Indirectly manage a team of sales agents worldwide, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Define use cases and roadmap for the AB SSR-A program, catering to both new and existing customers, with a focus on driving customer engagement and repeatable processes.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize customer-specific needs for support, aligning with the program's long-term vision.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • 6+ years' experience in project or program management, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with SQL and ETL jobs, with the ability to generate insights from data.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a passion for analysis and related tools.
What We Offer

As a Sr. Sales And Program Manager, you can expect a competitive salary of around $145,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
