Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Southeast Region and Surroundings

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Recruit4Work Sl. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Southeast region and its surroundings, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

About the Role:

  • Lead the sales efforts in the Southeast region and its surroundings, including the postal code areas of Bourgogne, Franche-Comté, Auvergne, Rhône-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, and Languedoc-Roussillon.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage and maintain stunning furniture displays and innovative interior concepts for our three flagship brands.
  • Represent the company at prestigious international furniture fairs and work closely with a team of industry experts.
  • Manage margin evolution and define the future of our market presence.

About You:

  • You have a higher education level, demonstrated by degrees or extensive professional experience.
  • You are energetic and enterprising, with a go-getter spirit and a strong commercial acumen.
  • You have experience in the B-to-B sector, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • You have a good command of the English language and a solid mastery of French.
  • You are residing in the region and willing to stay several days in hotels/accommodations due to travel.
