Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active members for our LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving growth through demand generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO
  • Generation of participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London
Requirements
  • Availability: 40 hours/week
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
