Job Title: German-Speaking Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Lead Generation Manager to join our team at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities for our clients in the market research and data analytics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients in the German-speaking market to understand their business needs and match them with our clients' solutions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the market.
  • Qualify and score leads to ensure they meet our clients' requirements.
  • Nurture leads through the sales process to convert them into opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales lead generation and appointment quotas.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Ability to uncover information by asking the right questions and discovering valuable insights from customers.
  • Resilience and determination to overcome rejection and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
