Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members for our LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO
  • Generation of participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London
  • Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events
Requirements:
  • Availability: 40h/week
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
