About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to drive exponential growth for our LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact demand generation strategies to increase the number of sponsoring companies and attract more active community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns leveraging LinkedIn outreach.
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches.
  • Manage and analyze data to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO to generate participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
  • Proven track record of executing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience owning and driving key metrics like leads or sales pipeline.
  • Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), creating landing pages, and crafting effective messaging.
