Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact demand generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies.
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO.
  • Generation of participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London.
Requirements
  • Drive growth by winning 1,000 additional active community members.
  • Secure 25 sponsors by creating a pipeline of 250 leads (lead has 1st call with us).
First 90 Days
  • Win 40 sponsor leads (wants to have a 1st call with us).
  • Secure 100 active community members.
