Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Iberia West. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, evaluating market situations, and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Evaluate market situations and plan orders to meet customer needs.
- Resolve issues that may arise and negotiate with customers to achieve sales goals.
- Manage sales activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of sales objectives.
- Work with other departments to improve customer relations and sales performance.
- Ensure effective management of customer relationships, including coverage and frequency of visits.
- Negotiate agreements with customers and manage customer relationships.
- Implement marketing and commercial actions to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage logistics and work with the customer service and logistics departments to resolve issues.
- Determine action plans for commercial deviations and propose actions to the Sales Manager.
- Plan and manage time to ensure each client receives necessary visits for business development.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the truck industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
