Iberia West Truck Sales Representative

Position Overview:
The Truck Sales Representative for Iberia West is tasked with overseeing and expanding a diverse client portfolio within the Commercial PBU sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess market conditions and customer needs, manage orders, and address challenges to align with business objectives, while achieving profitability and payment targets.
- Oversee all sales initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution of established goals.
- Focus on enhancing customer relationships through sales and management efforts, collaborating with various departments as necessary.
- Ensure comprehensive management of customer interactions, including visit frequency and coverage, based on guidelines set by the organization.
- Engage in negotiations with clients in partnership with the Sales Manager, track and analyze sales data, optimize forecasts, and establish objectives in line with the company's trade policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Implement marketing and commercial strategies within assigned accounts.
- Address customer incidents and complaints, working closely with Customer Service to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure timely deliveries to clients by collaborating with Customer Service and Logistics to mitigate any potential problems.
- Manage logistics comprehensively, collaborating with internal departments to address daily operational challenges and their solutions.
- Develop action plans for any commercial discrepancies, proposing strategies to the Sales Manager to support account growth.
- Plan and manage time effectively to guarantee that each client receives adequate attention for business development and achievement of objectives.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet volume and profitability targets for assigned accounts in accordance with the business plan and budget.
- Implement the trade policies of the PBU within responsible accounts.
- Set specific goals for each account, aligned with the company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Execute strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Make pricing decisions in accordance with the company's legal policies.
- Achieve targets for customer coverage and visit frequency.
Market Intelligence Contribution:
- Propose adjustments to the product portfolio to enhance service delivery to clients.
- Provide insights regarding market activities and competitive landscape.
Strategic Planning Support:
- Monitor financial performance indicators: sales, profitability, product assortment, inventory levels, and availability.
- Develop value propositions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales representative.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, teamwork, and dynamic skills.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
