HUGO BOSS is seeking two Sales Associates to join in one of our store teams located in La Roca Outlet (Barcelona).In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.30 hours per week.Previous experience as a Sales Associate (Experience in Outlet or high-volume sales areas in retail highly valued)KPIs and previous experience.Immediate incorporation.What you can expect:PeopleParticipate in regular trainings to continuously developFollow all induction related processes (e.g.
Induction Workbook)ProductFollow all provided Collection Training VM GuidelinesSupport to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management replenishmentSupport in all merchandise related processes (e.g.
deliveries returns)Support in all stock take cycle counts related processesPerformanceBe familiar with all company store individual KPI's targetsFollow all provided action plans to improve productivitySupport in all operations for loss prevention stock managementBuild maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors local marketsCustomer ServiceDeliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppersEstablish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experienceResponsible for CRM data gathering quality managementSupport store management in transaction, complaint return handlingProcesses SystemsProficient utilization of business systems latest technologyFollow all company policies (Health Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.
