Job Summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Iberia West. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales and Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth through effective account management.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales plans, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a commercial representative or sales professional.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work autonomously, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
