Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Travel Representative on Spanish Islands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face customer service, selling products and services, and organizing travel plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients on-site, ensuring their travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Sales and Marketing
  • Sell travel products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Travel Planning
  • Organize and coordinate individual travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
Problem-Solving
  • Support clients with booking troubles, such as altering, canceling, or creating new reservations.

Requirements

  1. Language Skills
  • A native level of German and a B2+ level of English.
Travel Experience
  • Willingness to travel, experience new cultures, and work with international people.
Industry Knowledge
  • Passion for the tourism industry and knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
Communication Skills
  • Being an attentive listener, comfortable, and skillful at communicating with people and solving individual problems.
Work Requirements
  • Willingness to move to different locations and Spanish working papers (NIE + SSN OR Passport) + driver's license.

What We Offer

  1. Contract Type
  • Seasonal contract (March-November), renewable for the next season.
Working Hours
  • Full-time (40h/week) in rotational shifts.

  • Competitive salary starting from 19,810€ gross/year.
