Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Travel Representative on Spanish Islands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face customer service, selling products and services, and organizing travel plans for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients on-site, ensuring their travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Sell travel products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Organize and coordinate individual travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Support clients with booking troubles, such as altering, canceling, or creating new reservations.
Requirements
- Language Skills
- A native level of German and a B2+ level of English.
- Willingness to travel, experience new cultures, and work with international people.
- Passion for the tourism industry and knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
- Being an attentive listener, comfortable, and skillful at communicating with people and solving individual problems.
- Willingness to move to different locations and Spanish working papers (NIE + SSN OR Passport) + driver's license.
What We Offer
- Contract Type
- Seasonal contract (March-November), renewable for the next season.
- Full-time (40h/week) in rotational shifts.
