Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for Goodyear Tires Spain, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients and/or final users in the Iberia West region.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate market situations and customer needs to plan orders and resolve issues that may arise.
- Manage sales activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of defined objectives.
- Work towards continuous improvement of customer relations, sales, and management, involving other departments in the process.
- Negotiate with accounts in the area, collaborate with the Sales Manager, and analyze sales statistics to optimize sales forecasts and set objectives.
- Manage customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and implement marketing and commercial actions.
- Ensure on-time deliveries, manage logistics, and determine action plans for commercial deviations.
- Plan and manage time to ensure each client receives necessary visits for business development and achievement of business objectives.
Badajoz, Cáceres, Córdoba, and C.Real.
Deliverables- Achieve volume and profitability targets of assigned accounts according to the business plan and budget.
- Implement trade policy of the PBU in accounts of responsibility.
- Establish goals per account, aligned with the AOP of the company.
- Implement actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in the short and long term.
- Make pricing decisions according to the legal policy of the company.
- Meet targets of coverage and frequency of visits.
- Contribute to PCP input by implementing promotional plans set by the company within accounts of responsibility.
- Maximize distribution and promotion of launches of the current references portfolio/product.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate implementation of agreements of promotion, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence by proposing the inclusion and exclusion of references of our portfolio to better serve our customers.
