Denodo is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to drive their Partner and Channel Sales. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting, and technology partners.

  • Proactively recruit new qualified partners and establish productive relationships with key personnel.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs, gaps, and requirements to ensure their success.
  • Coordinate with other company teams to deliver adequate partner training and support.
  • Help partners develop solutions to address client needs and penetrate the market.
  • Lead joint partner planning processes to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned territory and partner accounts.
  • Assist partners in customer engagements to promote and sell Denodo.
  • Build a strong partner pipeline through co-marketing programs and account mapping.
  • Provide governance, reporting, and management of indirect and joint/co-selling activities.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in indirect sales and channel development for a software product company.
  • Track record of achieving targets with partner recruitment, enablement, opportunity generation, and revenue.
  • Excellent knowledge of the reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystem.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data or application integration preferred; knowledge of Big Data and/or Analytics an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
