Partner and Channel Sales Director

Denodo is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to drive their Partner and Channel Sales. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting, and technology partners.
{"h2": "Key Responsibilities"}- Proactively recruit new qualified partners and establish productive relationships with key personnel.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs, gaps, and requirements to ensure their success.
- Coordinate with other company teams to deliver adequate partner training and support.
- Help partners develop solutions to address client needs and penetrate the market.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned territory and partner accounts.
- Assist partners in customer engagements to promote and sell Denodo.
- Build a strong partner pipeline through co-marketing programs and account mapping.
- Provide governance, reporting, and management of indirect and joint/co-selling activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in indirect sales and channel development for a software product company.
- Track record of achieving targets with partner recruitment, enablement, opportunity generation, and revenue.
- Excellent knowledge of the reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with data or application integration preferred; knowledge of Big Data and/or Analytics an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
