Are you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships? If so, Nutanix is seeking a Director of Channel Sales to lead our team in Southern Europe (SEUR). As a key member of our Channel Sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales performance goals.

About the Team
The Director of Channel Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales managers and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts in Central Europe. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and channel sales strategies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals
  2. Foster strong relationships with key partners and accounts in Central Europe
  3. Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales performance goals
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and drive business growth
  5. Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning
  6. Collaborate with field marketing to develop effective communication and demand generation strategies

What We're Looking For
  1. 8-12 years of experience in sales leadership and channel sales
  2. Strong understanding of sales processes and channel sales strategies
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  4. Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales performance goals
  5. Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  6. Ability to plan and operate within a budget
