Are you a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships? If so, Nutanix is seeking a highly skilled Director of Channel Sales to lead our team in Southern Europe (SEUR).

About the Team
The Director of Channel Sales will be part of Nutanix's Channel Sales team, responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and building strategic partnerships with key players in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers to drive sales growth and exceed performance goals.
  2. Foster strong relationships with Nutanix partners across Central Europe to drive business expansion.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive Channel Sales strategy to drive sales growth and revenue.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy and drive business results.
  5. Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning to drive sales growth.
  6. Collaborate with field marketing to develop effective communication and demand generation strategies.

What We're Looking For
  1. 8-12 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales processes and Channel Sales.
  2. Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
  3. Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with C-level partner contacts and drive business growth.
  5. Strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to operate within a budget.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
