Job Title: Horeca Sales Director

You are a highly experienced Sales Director with a proven track record of driving strategic growth, leading large teams, and transforming businesses in the FMCG industry.



Based in Madrid, you will lead the On-Trade Channel, with a deep understanding of the Spanish market and a passion for innovation and customer engagement.



As a strategic leader, you will develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies, overseeing sales, marketing, and operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.



You will manage P&L and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, leveraging data and digital tools to drive revenue growth and optimize business performance.



With a focus on people development, you will build high-performing teams through coaching and performance management, creating an engaged, diverse, and empowered workforce.



You will excel at building and nurturing relationships with key accounts and individual sales outlets, driving joint business planning and growth opportunities.



As an operational excellence expert, you will deliver exceptional brand execution across various sub-channels, implementing flawless annual channel execution plans that drive continuous improvement in the business.



You thrive in fast-changing environments where agility, creativity, and innovation are essential.
