Partner and Channel Sales Director

Denodo is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to drive their Partner and Channel Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively recruit new qualified partners and establish productive relationships with key personnel.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs, gaps, and requirements to ensure their success.
- Coordinate with company teams to deliver adequate partner training and develop solutions for Denodo DV to address client needs.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned territory and partner accounts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
- Minimum + years of experience in indirect sales and channel development for a software product company.
- Track record of achieving targets with partner recruitment, enablement, opportunity generation, and revenue.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
