About the Role

The Director Channel & Ecosystems for Southern Europe will be responsible for leading a team of Channel Sales Managers, fostering relationships with Nutanix partners, and developing a Channel Sales strategy to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers
  • Foster relationships with Nutanix partners across Central-Europe
  • Create and execute a Channel Sales strategy
  • Develop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolio
  • Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy
  • Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning
  • Collaborate with field marketing for effective communication and demand generation
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales and Channel Sales
  • Strong understanding of sales process and Channel Sales
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to communicate with C-level partner contacts
  • Ability to plan and operate within a budget
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
