About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Success Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard customer satisfaction in a demanding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume phone calls and emails, working to agreed service levels and analyzing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, understanding their needs and responding to contractual times.
  • Optimize scheduling and resource allocation for Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partners.
  • Prioritize customer onsite response times, aligning with customer expectations and Agilent measures.
  • Build strong relationships with internal business partners to strengthen our ability to deliver a superior customer experience.

Requirements

  • Spanish/English language proficiency required.
  • Experience working in customer service, administration, or project management.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to generate ideas.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
