We are seeking a dedicated and organized Graduate Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Customer Welcome Center team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for all visitors to our center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling Management: Oversee the center's scheduling activities, including assigning owners, booking resources, and effectively communicating with requestors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Hospitality and Visitor Experience: Welcome and greet customers, partners, and influencers upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and well-attended to prior to their briefings.
  • Customer Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with local facilities, catering companies, and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventory checks at the center and update inventory records in the inventory management tool.
Qualifying Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or related field completed in the last 2 years.
  • Proficient level of English, a second European language would be a plus.
