Customer Service Coordinator

Flex-N-Gate is a leading provider in the automotive sector, ranked 10th among the top suppliers in North America by Automotive News. With 69 factories and R&D centers worldwide, we employ over 10,000 people globally. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and managing customer orders, analyzing them, and coordinating with production to ensure timely delivery and compliance with established requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer orders via EDI, emails, and web pages, analyzing and managing them.
  • Plan and manage customer needs, coordinating with production to meet required deadlines.
  • Coordinate the shipment of finished products with the warehouse.
  • Generate necessary administrative documentation for product shipment and manage transportation.
  • Manage inventory planning, procurement, and control of returnable packaging, including creating packaging specifications and customer manuals.
  • Manage customer logistics non-conformities and invoice claims.
  • Monitor customer web pages and review logistics ratings.
  • Manage prototypes for new product references.
Requirements:
  • FP II Administrative studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of CMS and documentations related to merchandise shipment, such as invoices, CMR, and customs clearance.
  • High-level proficiency in German and English, written and spoken, and valuable French.

  • Capacity for synthesis, communication, and leadership.

Flexibility to travel occasionally.
