About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in the French market. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing a two-person team dedicated to active sales and ensuring exceptional service in the Order to Cash processes and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive management of orders, billing, collections, and off-invoice promotions.
  • Define and monitor sales and Order to Cash KPIs, proposing and executing improvement actions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through all contact channels by implementing continuous improvements in service processes.
  • Provide ongoing training on products and sales techniques, ensuring autonomy in daily operational management and effective issue resolution.
  • Implement CRM actions, proactively call customers to identify opportunities, increase revenue, acquire new clients, and retain the existing portfolio.
  • Work closely with sales, sales development, and logistics departments to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years as a coordinator of an active sales call center and order to cash management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change and new ways of working.
  • Native in French
