Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to Customer Engineers and subcontractors to meet customer requirements.
- Manage and improve the efficiency and productivity of Customer Engineers and subcontractors in assigned areas.
- Collaborate with Service Sales Teams and Product Project Teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Process customer service requests, new orders, and schedule service requests to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory, costs, and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Provide weekly updates on revenue projections and escalate potential capacity issues or material shortages.
- Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and regulations.
- Secondary Technical School degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in local language, English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
