Operations Coordinator Job Description

At Tiffany, we're seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you'll play a vital role in driving store sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and order fulfillment
  • Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch
  • Partner with client advisors and management to drive sales and service
  • Oversee receipt of incoming merchandise and liaison with customs and shipping agents
  • Support client services, including cleaning jewelry and transferring merchandise
  • Coordinate price changes and ensure all processes and systems support required service standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or retail stock management
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
