We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at Van den Bosch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our drivers and ensuring the smooth coordination of international transports within Spain and southern France.
As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with our truck planners and customer service team to ensure that all transportation operations are running efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring the planning of our trucks and ensuring that all necessary information is recorded accurately.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English and Spanish. Experience in working with drivers and managing their schedules is essential, as is a good understanding of transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of our drivers and ensure that all transportation operations are running smoothly
- Work closely with our truck planners and customer service team to ensure efficient coordination of international transports
- Monitor the planning of our trucks and ensure that all necessary information is recorded accurately
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our drivers and other stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of transportation operations and logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English and Spanish, with French an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
