Project Operations Coordinator

Europe Sai Programs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (25/30h a week). As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a vital role in supporting project operations and ensuring efficient resource utilization across our ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Staffing and Resource Allocation: Maintain an up-to-date overview of staffing in our system and coordinate staff allocation based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team: Work closely with the Operations Team to match employees with appropriate projects, considering their skills, career aspirations, and preferences.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Work with Project Managers to ensure optimal resource utilization and accurate time registration.
- Process Improvements and Recruitment: Collaborate with the People team to anticipate future recruitment requirements and ensure timely hiring of necessary employees.
The ideal candidate has a relevant education in architecture, resource management, business or similar, and 2+ years of experience in a similar role. They are organized, structured, and pay attention to detail with the bigger picture in mind. They have self-confidence and persistence and are confident with decision making in a fast-paced organization. They can demonstrate attention to detail and an appreciation for quality, are proactive and complete tasks with a sense of urgency, and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills (Spanish and English language required).
