Job Summary

As a Service Coordinator at Vertiv, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our customers. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to Customer Engineers and subcontractors to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and improve the efficiency and productivity of Customer Engineers and subcontractors in assigned areas.
  • Collaborate with Service Sales Teams and Product Project Teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Process customer service requests and new orders in a timely manner.
  • Schedule service requests to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage customer service requests, including invoicing and inventory management.
  • Ensure costs are monitored and controlled before closing service requests.
  • Provide weekly updates on revenue projections and escalate potential capacity issues or material shortages.
  • Meet efficiency, productivity, and overtime targets, and ensure fair workload distribution among Customer Engineers.
  • Transfer leads to the sales team and maintain liaison with the accounting department.
Requirements
  • Secondary Technical School background.
  • Fluency in local language, English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience (1 year for recent graduates).
  • Proficiency in office software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a well-organized work environment.
