We are seeking a Scheduling Success Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients and engineers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
As a Scheduling Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of communications via phone and email, adhering to established service levels, and demonstrating the ability to analyze and resolve issues while multitasking effectively. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements, respond to contractual obligations, and address any challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and optimize the deployment of Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partners for installation, repair, and maintenance services at customer locations.
- Manage communications with customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Prioritize customer response times on-site, aligning with customer expectations and Agilent's performance metrics.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal business partners, including Customer Service, Global Customer Field Solutions, Instrument Sales, Contract Sales, and the Business Center, to enhance customer experience.
- Proactively address resource shortages in collaboration with the Service Business Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Danish, Swedish, or Finnish is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive mindset with a capacity for generating innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering timely and effective information.
