Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team at Werfen. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the field, ensuring the highest quality service and maintaining our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and/or installation of instruments at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.
  • Provide operational training to clients after installation.
  • Diagnose system failures and implement the best solution.
  • Coordinate with specialists to solve complex service calls efficiently.
  • Inform clients about new products and contribute to developing service agreements.

Requirements

  • Flexible, structured, and a team player, capable of working autonomously.
  • Professional qualification or a bachelor's degree in science areas (electronics, mechanical engineering, physics, biomedical engineering).
  • Knowledge of electricity, electronics, and/or IT.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Availability to travel across Spain (30% of their time).
