Scheduling Coordinator Opportunity

Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to support our clients and engineers in Barcelona.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact, delivering high-standard customer satisfaction in a demanding work environment. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume phone calls and emails, analyzing and resolving issues, and multi-tasking while maintaining agreed service levels.

Key Objectives:

  • Optimize scheduling and resource allocation for Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partners.
  • Effectively manage communications with customers and internal team members.
  • Prioritize customer onsite response times, aligning with customer expectations and Agilent measures.
  • Build strong relationships with internal business partners to enhance customer experience.
  • Proactively manage resource shortages in cooperation with the Service Business Manager.

Requirements:

  • Spanish/English language proficiency required.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or project management.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and effective communication skills.
