We are currently seeking a Scheduling Success Coordinator to enhance our operations and provide exceptional support to our clients and engineers.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle a significant volume of communications, including phone calls and emails, while adhering to established service standards. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues efficiently, all while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements, respond to service agreements, and address any challenges will be integral to your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and optimize the deployment of Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partners for installation, repair, and maintenance services at customer locations.
  • Manage communications effectively with customers and internal team members.
  • Prioritize customer response times in alignment with expectations and Agilent's performance metrics.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal business partners to enhance our capability to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key partners include Customer Service, Global Customer Field Solutions, Instrument Sales, Contract Sales, and the Business Center.
  • Proactively address resource shortages in collaboration with the Service Business Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Danish, Swedish, or Finnish is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or project management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive mindset with the capacity to generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing timely and effective interactions.
