About This Role

As a Project Coordinator at TransPerfect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, profitability, and performance of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project coordination, from scheduling and sourcing to testing and management of data, personnel, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Recruitment, Human Resources, IT, and Operations
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Source and manage new vendors and suppliers
  • Manage pricing and contractual issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
