Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Placement International. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams within the company to identify challenges, develop solutions, and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
  • Plan, research, and develop projects, including coordination of tasks, deadlines, milestones, and KPIs
  • Research information and data management analysis
  • Keep track of and report on project progress
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
  • Assume duties and responsibilities of the manager in their absence
  • Assist in financial cost management of the project and keep a check on risk management of the project's progressions and budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Fluent level of English
  • 1-2 years of proven experience working with CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into CRM solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Jira, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • HubSpot certification or relevant CRM certifications
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement around shaping our product thinking
  • Experience working with Agile Scrum workflow
