The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact, delivering high-standard customer satisfaction in a demanding work environment. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume phone calls and emails, analyzing and resolving issues, and multi-tasking while maintaining agreed service levels.
Key Objectives:
- Optimize scheduling and resource allocation for Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partners.
- Effectively manage communications with customers and internal team members.
- Prioritize customer onsite response times, aligning with customer expectations and Agilent measures.
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners to enhance customer experience.
- Proactively manage resource shortages in cooperation with the Service Business Manager.
Requirements:
- Spanish/English language proficiency required.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or project management.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and effective communication skills.
