Job Title: Crew Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Crew Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Volotea Alaeo Sl. As a key member of our Flight Operations department, you will be responsible for creating and managing crew schedules, ensuring compliance with flight time limitations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create monthly crew schedules from scratch for both flight deck and cabin crew, ensuring optimal rostering and cost optimization.
  • Organize and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Crew Schedule department.
  • Coordinate tasks with internal departments, including Flight OPS, Cabin Crew, HR, Training, and Safety.
  • Supervise and support the crew scheduling team, ensuring timely completion of daily and monthly duties.
  • Collaborate with the Crew Scheduling Manager to evaluate team members' short-term progression and provide new joiners with initial formation.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in crew planning, scheduling, or control, with knowledge of AIMS scheduling systems or similar.
  • Advanced English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
