Job Title: Scheduling Success Coordinator – Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Success Coordinator in Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics for student arrivals, organizing orientation events, and providing exceptional customer service to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for student arrivals, including reserving spaces, creating content, and organizing arrival events and tours.
  • Assist in inclusive events according to SAI procedures as required.
  • Advise and assist students on issues including roommate disputes, homesickness, and housing maintenance issues.
  • Be available to accompany students to doctor appointments, police station, and elsewhere as required.
  • Rotate as emergency contact 24/7 while programs are in session.
  • Execute SAI Disciplinary Procedures when required.
  • Assist as needed with programming budgeting and reconciliation according to SAI Accounting Procedures.
  • Communicate with parents/students before, during, and after the semester according to SAI's Communication Policy.
  • Serve as office receptionist and first point of contact.
  • Manage the general email account for the Barcelona office.
  • Manage office, including managing office supply inventory, office classroom rental, etc.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Legal ability to work in Spain.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Higher Education systems and study abroad programs.
  • Passion to work with university students and help them engage with the local culture.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Events management experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve.
  • Flexibility.
  • At least 2 years of work experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite.
Working Conditions:

Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 6:30pm, Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Temporary positions (6 months).
