About the Role: The Sales Development Intern will be part of our Commercial division, directly supporting our Market Research and Sales processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in core functions, build business acumen, and focus on teamwork while receiving continuous support and learning opportunities from our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research (30%):
    • Source additional target prospects using various sales tools outside of the database.
    • Prioritize prospects, enriching the database with contact information, and talking points.
    • Assign the shortlist of prospects within your assigned territory and Sales Development Representative (SDR) agents.
  2. Sales (70%):
    • Learn to use our CRM software (Salesforce) and create reports and dashboards.
    • Cold call targeted prospects to obtain key information, meeting qualified lead criteria.
    • Track prospects, identify decision-makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
    • Generate interest and create needs with potential clients.
    • Support the Sales team with presentations and other ad-hoc projects to improve the Sales funnel.
Requirements:
  • You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree or online course and can provide an internship agreement.
  • You can commit to an internship of 6 months, ideally full-time (39 hours per week).
  • You are naturally curious and have a strong willingness to learn.
  • You are data-driven.
  • You are a great communicator and enjoy working in teams.
  • You have a high level (spoken and written) of English and French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/Arabic.
  • You are eligible to work in Barcelona.
